The rock maintains effective cooking temperature for approx. 25 minutes. Please note: this set is available for home use only. The thinner rock is not suitable for restaurant use. The HCS-201S is an affordable solution providing the essential elements (rock and holder) necessary to enjoy restaurant-quality Hot Rock meals at home. The rock material is identical to the HCS-101C. The only difference is the shape of the rock and the SS versus ceramic holder. Set contains 1 round volcanic rock (7-1/2” diameter x 3/4” thick), stainless steel base and instruction manual. A set is suggested for each diner.
